I got my perm and my I140 approved today. My employer worked with them for my case. Extremely transparent and they use a portal powered by Toorey where you can log in and check the timeline of case at any moment of time.
I never contacted them nor i was allowed to contact them as the portal has everything. My employer team was also highly knowledgeable in legal aspects and ensured they get all required documents without cutting corners.
One has to be patient as they take time to have multiple rounds of validations, checks and balances before the case is sent out.
