Biography
Oscar, born in Mexico and now based in Dallas, honed his skills at Banfield Hospital and other veterinary clinics, excelling in intake, phlebotomy, lab work, and documentation. Now pursuing a degree in Business and Management Operations at UT Dallas, he has found his calling in immigration law while maintaining a deep love for animals. At home, Oscar and his wife share their lives with two cats and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Dallas’s culinary scene and spending time with his family and pets.

Why do I practice U.S. immigration law?
My passion for this work is fueled by the knowledge that I am making a real difference in the lives of those who have chosen to call the U.S. home. I have seen the joy and relief on my clients’ faces when their cases are approved, allowing them to continue their lives without fear of deportation or separation. Pursuing a degree in Business and Management Operations at the University of Texas at Dallas reminds me of the importance of my work. My mission is to ensure that others who dare to dream of a better life in the U.S. have the support and resources to make those dreams a reality.
