August Visa Bulletin 2025: Employment-Based Preferences

The U.S. Department of State has released the August 2025 Visa Bulletin, which shows minimal movement in the Employment-Based (EB) Preference categories compared to July 2025 visa bulletin. Notably, the EB2 Final Action Dates have retrogressed from the previous month. USCIS has confirmed that the Final Action Dates chart will be used for Employment-Based Adjustment of Status applications in August 2025.
